ボクサーの心筋症

Ramada v.d. Sonnnen Aufgangのホルター検査を実施しました。

VPC（心室性期外収縮）は0発でした。

Dr.Meursの評価ではNormal*です。

*24時間でのVPCが0～20回がNormalです。

1.VPCが0～20：正常限界内
2.VPCが20～100回：判定不能として、6～12ヶ月後の再検査を勧める
3.VPCが100～300回：疑いがあると判断、繁殖から1年間はずすなどして、ホルター検査の実施
4.VPCが300～1000回：おそらく罹患している
5.VPCが1000回以上：罹患　治療の必要性。

ボクサーの心筋症は家族性疾患です。
診断が難しく、完全な検査方法がないということもありますが、検査をうけることは大切です。
